Refund Policy
LuMu Candies, LLC refund/return policy is in adherence to strict mandatory health regulations that state by law: NO FOOD OR PERISHABLE ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE, no exceptions.
90 Day Product Damage Policy
If the product is damaged, with the exception of food or perishable items, due to shipment mishandling or simply breaks within 90 days of shipment, LuMu Candies, LLC will issue a 100% refund for the cost of the packaging by check or credit card. Customer is responsible for contacting LuMu Candies, LLC at lumu@zoominternet.net or 410-378-2401 for an RMA number before shipping back damaged goods.
To receive a Product Damage Refund, you must contact us via the internet or phone number provided above for a legitimate RMA number.
Minimum Orders
$10.00 minimum purchase for internet sales is required for processing orders.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
